OVERVIEW
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Authorized Tijoris Home Trade Account and Authorized Tijoris Home Dealer Account
No Refunds Permitted. Upon approval from Tijoris Home Customer Service Department, exchanges must be returned within 5 days with all original packaging 5 days from claim at the client's own expense.
Furniture Stores, Interior Designers, Home or Commercial Builders, Hospitality and Certified Stagers are welcome to apply for a Tijoris Home Partner Account by visiting our website and selecting the Open An Account section on our website. Once all conditions are met and you are approved, you will be provided with pricing for your Partner status. All Partner Accounts must maintain an annual balance according to their Partner status. Your account will be reviewed on an annual basis for you to maintain your pricing level. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is emailed to each Partner and are required to adhere to the terms. MAP is closely monitored, in the event a Partner fails to comply Tijoris Home has the right to terminate the Partner's account and cancel orders without any obligation and anytime at our own discretion. It is your responsibility as a Tijoris Home Partner to maintain the confidentiality of your account including pricing and your account details. Tijoris Home reserves the right to cancel, terminate accounts or cancel orders at any time at our own discretion.
You are required to advertise our products as "Tijoris Home" products with Tijoris Home's part number, description and not as your own brand on e-commerce or on your showroom floor.
ORDERS
Opening Order minimums are subject to partner level status.
All new accounts must pay in full with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), e transfer or certified cheque before order is processed and ready for pick up and/or shipped. Orders should be emailed to sales@tijorishome.com. An order confirmation will be emailed to you with pick up or order number. It is the responsibility of the Partner to make sure all information is accurate on the Partner’s order including quantity, color and part number of product before order is picked up or shipped. To keep costs low and extend better pricing to you we do not accept returns.
Partners are responsible for reporting all damages with supporting quality digital photographs of the items along with images of the original packaging, within 5 days of receipt of products. If replacement is required, upon approval from TIjoris Home the damaged product must be returned with all original packaging 5 days from claim at the Partner’s own expense.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUND, CANCELATIONS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
All Accent Chairs are sold in PAIRS ONLY.
PICKUPS / SHIPPING
For same day pickup we ask our Partners to place orders with payment before 2pm. Please schedule a pick up time by emailing us at sales@tijorishome.com.
STOCK LEVELS / BACKORDERS / DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Tijoris Home realizes the difficulties Partners have to face when stock is not available or products are discontinued without notice. Therefore, Tijoris Home has made every effort to maintain stock levels and has implemented Live Online Inventory Management which will help minimize any confusion about stock levels. Tijoris Home will also notify our Partners if a product is scheduled to be discontinued we will have a PLC (Product Life Cycle) available.
Orders that are 100% in stock must be picked up within 15 business days of the confirmation date and if the item(s) are not paid for within the 15 business days, Partners will not be guaranteed order fulfillment . Once the 15 business days has passed, Tijoris Home reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been picked up. If an order has been canceled that is already in stock a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change and any increase or decrease.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear online. Tijoris Home does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete or error-free.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Should Partners or users of this site send certain specific submissions of any creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials whether online, by email, by postal mail, social media such as Facebook or Instagram or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Terms and Conditions or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Terms and Conditions or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Terms and Conditions or on any related website has been modified or updated.

As we try to optimize the performance of our website, product pictures have been resized to enhance loading speed. As a result, in some cases, fine details in furniture pictures may have been slightly compromised. It is the customer's responsibility to request additional high-resolution pictures if they wish to examine the product in more detail before making a purchase.
Furthermore, once a product is delivered, the customer agrees not to dispute the finish, color, texture, or any other physical attribute. It is essential for customers to carefully review the product specifications and images before taking delivery.
We strive to achieve color accuracy for our products both on our website and in our catalog. However, please note that slight color variations may occur due to factors such as lighting conditions, printing technology, and the color accuracy of individual monitors.
Discounts
Coupon/Discount codes are not stackable/combined. Special orders and items tagged with a sale mark on the website or in the showroom and including floor samples and clearance items are excluded from additional promotional discounts by use of discount codes during online checkout in-store sales or phone.
