Refund Policy For Customers 

At Tijoris Home, we strive to provide our customers with a delightful experience, starting from the moment you explore our online store to your visit to our physical locations, all the way through the finalization of your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we are committed to finding a solution. We offer an extensive exchange or return program within the first 5 days following delivery. We encourage you to review our Return/Cancellation Policy and Order Receiving Policy to familiarize yourself with the guidelines before completing your order.

To return items please contact us at inquiries@tijoirshome.com and put RETURN and add your order# in the subject line and Customer Service will provide you with a return authorization number once we verify the RETURN qualifies. 

Unopened Items Return Policy

  1. Unopened returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee (minus applicable delivery charges) if the product is in it's unused, new condition.
  2. Products that have been opened, damages, scratches, assembly marks, etc. or any will not be eligible for a return
  3. All returns are subject to an inspection upon return
  4. The customer is responsible for any return delivery charges
  5. The customer MUST provide insurance for all returned shipments. If product is received damaged and no insurance is provided, Tijoris Home is not responsible for processing the return.
  6. Supporting quality digital photographs of the items along with images of the original packaging. 

Opened Items Return Policy

  1. All opened returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee (minus applicable delivery charges) 
  2. If you requested Assembly Service/White Glove or do not have the original packaging it is your responsibility to obtain the original packaging
  3. All products must be returned in the original packaging and include all parts
  4. All returns are subject to inspection
  5. The customer is responsible for any return delivery charges
  6. the customer MUST provide insurance for all returned shipments. If the product is received at Tijoris Home warehouse damaged Tijoris Home will refuse shipment and the customer is responsible for processing a claim with the shipping carrier they used to return the products. If product is received damaged and insurance is not provided Tijoris Home will not be responsible for processing the return. 
  7. Supporting quality digital photographs of the items along with images of the original packaging.

TIJORIS HOME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SCRATCHES OR DAMAGES INCURRED ON THE ITEM WHILE OPENING THE PACKAGE WITH ANY SHARP TOOL BUT NOT LIMITED TOO SUCH AS SCISSORS OR KNIVES.

***Additional Disclosure: The metal furniture may showcase unique characteristics, including subtle blemishes, scuff marks, minor scratches, or barely discernible hints of discoloration that add to its individuality. These distinctive features are a testament to the furniture's authentic craftsmanship and may arise from the meticulous manufacturing process or careful handling.***

**Additional Disclosure: It is the customer's responsibility to accurately measure their space and ensure that the furniture will fit through all doorways, stairways, elevators, and home/room access points. The customer is also responsible for ordering the correct configuration, size, material, and color of the furniture. Please note that any exchanges or returns are subject to the standard return policy and may incur additional return delivery fees.***

Cancellation Request Policy

  1. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the credit card merchant fees and administration charge. 
  2. Cancellations made after 48 hours and your order has not shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  3. Once an order has been marked as shipped/in transit etc it cannot be cancelled or rerouted or redirected. Please refer to our standard return policy. 

Special Order Returns/Cancellation Policy

  1. Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable. No Exceptions.
  2. If a customer chooses to cancel a Special Order they will forfeit their security deposit. No Exceptions. 

Special Order and Backorder Delays

  1. While we make every effort to prevent delays, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. If such situations arise, please remain assured. Our exquisite merchandise is sourced from business partners across the globe, and it is understandable that unforeseen events may occasionally arise that are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you informed and updated regarding any changes that may occur. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our utmost to address any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
  2. Tijoris Home is not responsible for delays in general stock replenishment
  3. Special Orders will not be eligible for a refund or a rebased based on late merchandise arrival. Please see our Special Order/Cancellation Policy which talks about shipping delays. 
  4. Upon receiving returned items at our warehouse, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they are in new condition
  5. For items returned in new condition with their original packaging, a return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. In the case of items returned in new condition but without their original packaging, a restocking fee of up to 35% and a return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to note that damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund
  7. The cost of return shipping is equivalent to our basic shipping fee.
  8. Please be aware that the original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
  9. After we have completed the inspection of the returned goods, you can generally expect the refund to be credited back to you within 7 to 10 business days.

Order Receiving Policy 

  1. At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a receipt and a Bill of Lading. Both serve as your shipment record, confirming the agreement of delivery and documenting the condition of your Tijoris Home item(s).
  2. Before signing any documents, carefully inspect your cargo upon delivery. Examine each item thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading. Please note that any damages incurred during transit that are not noted on the Bill of Lading are not the responsibility of Tijoris Home and are not eligible for return or refunds. It's important to keep in mind that damage can occur even if the packaging appears undamaged. If you are unable to inspect the items or suspect any damages, please follow the instructions below:
  3. In the presence of the delivery driver, open all items and inspect them for any damage.
  4. If damage is found, clearly indicate "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL" on the Trucking Company Receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL) when signing for delivery.
  5. If the driver is unwilling to wait for inspection, it is crucial to note "TRUCK DRIVER REFUSED TO WAIT" and "BOX(S) IS DAMAGED."
  6. If any items are missing, list all missing items on the BOL.
  7. Take photographs of the packaging and items during the unloading process.
  8. Once photos have been taken, you have the option to refuse delivery of the merchandise.
  9. Immediately notify Tijoris Home after refusing the delivery.
  10. In the event of damages, follow the instructions above and refer to our "Claims Policy" for further guidance.

Claims Policy 

  1. Claims made for newly delivered merchandise must be made 24 hours of receipt of product.
  2. Claims must be completed by emailing us at inquiries@tijorishome.com and follow the instructions of delivery receipt instructions. 
  3. Resolution of claims other than what was noted on the delivery receipt is upon the discretion of Tijoris Home 
  4. Any claims filed after 24 hours and/or that do not follow the proper policy instructions is up to the full and sole discretion of Tijoris Home to resolve
  5. Only Tijoris Home Inc is responsible for resolving your claim
  6. All properly submitted claims will be resolved in 5-7 business days 
  7. it is there responsibility of the customer to verify the receipt of their filed claim.
  8. Tijoris Home is not responsible to resolve any transportation damage claims if the customer did not notate damage/missing parts (items) on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt

 

Authorized Tijoris Home Trade Accounts

No Refunds Permitted. Clients are responsible for reporting all damages with supporting quality digital photographs of the items along with images of the original packaging, within 24 hours of pickup or delivery of order to inquiries@tijorishome.com. If exchange is required due to damages from the factory, upon approval from TIjoris Home the damaged product must be returned to our warehouse with all original packaging 5 days from claim at the Client’s own expense.

To keep costs low and extend better pricing to you we do not accept returns.

If an order has been canceled that is already in stock a restocking fee of 40% will be applied.
